Carico assiale sullo stelo
Nel caso di corse elevate, si deve tenere conto del fenomeno di instabilità dello stelo per carico di punta.
Lo stelo, sottoposto ad una forza di compressione diretta lungo l'asse, tende a flettere e resiste fino ad un carico massimo oltre il quale subisce una deformazione permanente.
La scelta dello stelo dipende da 4 fattori: diametro dello stelo; modalita di fissaggio del cilindro; corsa del cilindro; carico (spinta) del cilindro.
