The "X" series pneumatic cylinders with a bore of 32, 40, 50, 63 mm are actuators made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel, characterized by a clean design of the external surfaces without particular concavities, which could be potential areas for product stagnation. The design principles followed in the creation of these actuators also prioritized reliability, robustness, ease of maintenance, and not least, resistance to chemical agents, making them suitable for application in the chemical, food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical sectors. In fact, the heads are screwed to the tube with the interposition of virgin PTFE rings to eliminate any possible cavity. The pistons are equipped with elastic shock absorbers to better absorb end-of-stroke impacts, providing quiet operation and increasing the machine's lifespan.
