The CE.FE series electromagnetic brakes are of the negative single-disc type (in the absence of electrical power, the brake locks the motor rotation), spring pressure closed and equipped with a NEMA flange. They can be applied inline to MT2-MT3-MT4-MT5 motors and thus to cylinders with a bore of Ø40 and Ø50 mm. They are used for dry operation as a parking brake.
