The "JF" series filters are used to remove condensation and impurities present in compressed air. The large surface area of the filter element allows flow rates to remain close to nominal values even under heavy working conditions. The condensate drain, which is semi-automatic—manual under pressure and automatic in the event of filter depressurization—can be fully automatic upon request.   The JF…003 series micro oil separators combine the ability to filter solid particles larger than 0.3 microns with the feature of collecting liquid droplets in the bowl by exploiting the principle of coalescence, which allows microdroplets passing through the special filter element to condense. Available in sizes G3/8-G1/2-G1, standard with semi-automatic drain and optional automatic drain, they can be assembled with regulators and filter regulators of the same family. They must be installed downstream of a filter or filter-regulator with a filtration grade not exceeding 5 microns to prevent rapid clogging that would reduce air flow.
